The MSE organisation is primarily responsible for providing the monetization capability and related shared services to Intuit customers, partners, merchants, and developers. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and strategic technical program manager to define and deliver innovative platform solutions. The candidate should understand system design and platform architecture, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and drive customer outcomes across Intuit. The right candidate for this role is someone who has a strong technical, product and program background in an agile environment, is invigorated by working within a large, complex organization, and has superpower abilities to communicate and influence at all levels. She/He will have a relentlessfocus on the customer, use data to inform decision making, and will be strategically focused to build durable platform solutions for our most important customer problems.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience. Experience in platform organization is a plus.\xef\x82\xb7Proven experience driving organizational change.\xef\x82\xb710-15 years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 8 or more years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.\xef\x82\xb7Extensive experience driving programs across multiple business units with differing business requirements.\xef\x82\xb7Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.\xef\x82\xb7Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.\xef\x82\xb7Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. Extensive experience in same.\xef\x82\xb7Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering thebest outcome of complex programs.\xef\x82\xb7Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technologyprograms with Agile development methodologies.\xef\x82\xb7Experience in monetization & billing domain is a plus.\xef\x82\xb7PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive and own Technical Program Management for the MSE Programs & initiatives with touch points around the globe.\xef\x82\xb7 Build trust and drive change on programs across multiple portfolios & across geographies.\xef\x82\xb7Partner with the product delivery team to unblock/guide program teams\xe2\x80\x99 delivery and operate smoothly.\xef\x82\xb7Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams.\xef\x82\xb7Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch.\xef\x82\xb7Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes.\xef\x82\xb7Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure.\xef\x82\xb7Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.\xef\x82\xb7Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.\xef\x82\xb7Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels including Vice President level and above stakeholders; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control \xef\x82\xb7Partner with the leadership team to create an environment where the teams are recognized and feel encouraged to the point that they want to work on your program(s).\xef\x82\xb7Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.\xef\x82\xb7Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others at all levels to work towards desired outcomes.\xef\x82\xb7Develop decision-making principles and recommendations for decisions.\xef\x82\xb7Use data, principles and risk mitigation to assess progress to plan
