The Application Engineering organization is a team of leading professionals dedicated to owning and driving the development of High-Value Applications for our customers. Program management team manages all aspects of the program lifecycle as well as the coordination and delivery of key cross-organizational strategic programs, including prioritization, definition, planning, success metrics and ongoing delivery for these initiatives. Learn more about our team here What you get to do in this role: Key member of a high-performing team that drives planning, execution, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives for the Application Engineering, including: Lead program definition, planning, and execution of assigned Program(s), which are made up of multiple projects, ensuring critical success factors are defined and monitored and the business objectives are achieved. Developing and managing an integrated program schedule and monitoring and reporting on progress (actual vs. forecast). Program definition and scoping, owning the program plan and the deliverables required for the program\'s success. Identify dependencies and inter-dependencies between programs along with coordination across all teams involved in the project to successfully scope, size and drive implementation of identified transformation and growth opportunities. Managing health status of the program(s) to anticipate risks and/or issues and to proactively implement mitigation plans. Participation in defining and implementing process improvements and procedures. Proactively managing health status of Program(s) to anticipate risks and/or issues and to proactively implement mitigation plans. Presenting Program(s) status on a regular basis to senior executives. Experience in SAFe and/or RTE is preferred to have. For your programs, you will be the driving force to : Identify gaps and collaborate with workstreams to resolve blockers Build strong relationships across various functions of the organization to collaborate and deliver seamless program execution Work collaboratively with each functional team to reflect on lessons learned from previous programs Drive continuous improvements and high quality in the process and deliverables across teams Clearly communicate objectives, status, risks, and results to all stakeholders Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years program management experience involving many cross functional teams across the organization. Experience in engineering or product organizations. Process orientated and very organized. Strong growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve. Strong collaboration and communication skills - able to work well with many different types of people, able to influence and lead without direct reporting authority. Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. Excellent communications and presentation skills. Ability to make decisions independently. You have executed autonomously and lead complex initiatives with minimal oversight or direction. You have high proficiency at synthesizing complex information, storytelling, and cascading communications based on the audience. Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Expert problem-solving skills and enjoys untangling complex problems. Highly data-driven with commitment to drive engagements towards business outcome and value realization. Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams. Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
