What you get to do in this role:

• Build high-quality, scalable and robust applications on ServiceNow platform in People Technology space
• Enforce best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your team code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
• Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
• Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 10+ years of Software Development experience and at least 6+ years of ServiceNow Applications Developmentor Product implementation experience
• Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules - HRSD/ITSM/CSM/FSM/ITBM/Discovery/Service Mapping/GRC and experience in HRSD module is a plus
• Experience in ServiceNow UI Development: ServiceNow Service Portal Components like Branding, SP pages, UI pages, Widgets
• Experience in ServiceNow Back-End: creating Catalog Item, Record Producer, Client Scripts ,UI and Data Policies , Business Rules, UI Actions
• Experience in ServiceNow Integration: Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps
• Well verse in JavaScript, Angular JS (1.X) , Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
• Understanding of DevOps Git/Automation Testing(Selenium)
• Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
• Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills

Education and other skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
• Working in US -India Overlapping Hours
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
• Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond training
