Supervise, coordinate and execution of Shift Electrical & Instrumentation activities in Packing Plant , Unloading and Utility sections, Ensuring safe, effective and systematic working .

Doing calibration of equipment's and maintaining the bags weights within the limits. Involvement while execution of dept. Capex Jobs

KRA 1: Maximum output of the packer in shift with Implementing Safety

KRA 2: Reduction of stoppages by effective maintenance of E&I equipment's

KRA 3: Reduction in Power consumption.

KRA 4: Technology upgradations to meet the current demand.

KRA 5 : Reduction of Dept. cost through reduction in stores spares, RPM and proper PM

Age: (specify range in yrs.) 25-35

Professional Qualifications: BE/Diploma (Electrical/Instrumentation/C&I)

Essential: Diploma or Relevant experience

Preferably: Diploma Ele/Instr

Professional Experience: (specify range in years) - 5-10 Years

Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):

Should have experience of Supervising, coordination and execution and maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation activities in Packing Plant, Unloading and Utility sections, Ensuring safe, effective, and systematic working. Knowledge of dept. budgeting and maintaining inventory etc.

Doing calibration of equipment's and maintaining the bags weights within the limits. Involvement while execution of dept. Capex Jobs.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of packers/Loaders

MCC/PCC Maintenance

HT line maintenance

Knowledge SAP PPQM

Knowledge of Un-manned WBs

Knowledge on Safety standards

Lessoning with Govt. Officials and local people
