Job Description


  • Receive leads from Presales Team on daily basis
  • Handling Sales at site office for a particular site or Project
  • Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect deal
  • Regular sales calls and follow ups / update leads received and enter in CRM
  • Reporting to Sales Manager on daily Sales activities / Improvement areas/ Key client issues
  • Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E-mail/ Calls or Face to Face discussion
  • Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of Vacant units, answer quires regarding services and amenities of the projects
  • Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projects
  • Collections till Agreement signing stage & collective support
  • Providing assistance to client about the Home loans and co-ordinating with the Home loan team in getting the Home loan approvals
  • Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals
  • A strong team player with the ability to Motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills & comprehensive problem solving abilities.
