Plan execute promotion outreach activities creating business opportunities for incubated innovations and startups Foster relationship with industry stakeholders enhancing support system for incubatees Guide and assist incubatees in business development, marketing activities, and fund raising Making business plans for small scale innovators, grassroots entrepreneurs, tech students, and other incubatees Assist incubatees in compliances certifications and fund-raising Provide active support in daily operations of incubator Qualification criteria Bachelor s degree in Agriculture allied sciences/ Engineering (with understanding of agriculture sector in India) with a post-graduation in M.B.A/ PGDM Agriculture Agribusiness / Finance/ Entrepreneurship / Marketing/ Rural management from premier institutions Minimum three years of overall work experience in a business development role working in agriculture and allied sectors Experience in managing CSR initiative within corporate environment will also be considered Knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools Knowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystem Strong Analytical thinking and verbal written Communication skills Carry out all day to day administrative, operational, budgetary and financial management functions Maintain the transaction and book keeping / Accounting Functions Handle various statutory return fillings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF return etc.,) Work closely with Auditors, Attorney, CA CS when required Resolve queries or concerns of incubates related to finance and regulatory compliances and fund-raising Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics, Business Administration from premier institutions. Masters in related field / MBA / CA from premier institutions will be preferred A minimum of one-year experience working in financial management Knowledge of Accounting and Company Act Norms Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP, and Excel Knowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystem Strong Analytical thinking and verbal written Communication skills Age: Not exceeding 40 years for the position of Managers and 35 years for the post of Associates.
