Role Description
You will be joining the Autobahn User Experience team at Deutsche Bank, providing UX expertise across Deutsche Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Investment and Corporate Bank to design and deliver best-in-market products to our external clients. You will join the team in the Bangalore offices and partner with product and delivery experts across business lines, using digital design and collaboration tools (i.e. Figma), to create engaging and usable applications. We are actively seeking an accomplished and energetic User Experience Designer, skilled at all facets of the UX design process and excels at critical thinking, ideating, and prototyping. Your key responsibilities

• Design creative UX solutions that meet business requirements, tested with end-users, and applies web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Delivers high-quality UX documents and analysis.
• Executes the User Centered Design (UCD) process from start to finish.
• Coaches and trains junior team members on standards of delivery, whilst preparing them to also present work to others.
• Contribute to the Design System: publish UI patterns and components, document standards, and collaborate with designers across the wider organization to deliver solutions that are fit-for-purpose.
• Employs Accessibility and Inclusive Design practices
• Perform heuristic evaluations across new/existing products
• Give accurate effort estimations and deliver on time.

Your skills and experience

• Skilled at generating new visual design solutions off the back existing patterns and standards.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements in alignment with WCAG standards
• Experienced in stakeholder management and cultivating relationships with business and development peers.
• Experienced in responsive design, enabling omni-channel experience of end-user products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate with developers and product leads to balance the needs of the end users against technology and time-to-market constraints
