Responsibilities: -

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the USA.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals such as Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
You will be recruiting for various IT positions for our clients in US.

Mandatory requirements: -

8+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
Must have experience working on different types of IT requirements such as Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, XML, etc.
Must be good in recruiting candidates from Monster, Dice, Tech Fetch, GitHub, LinkedIn, and other tools.
Able to work on 3-4 requirements per day.
Able to make a minimum of 2 quality submissions per day on each requirements assigned.
Able to make a minimum of 2 closures per month.
Excellent communications skills in English is a must.
Must be a team player.
