Well versed with tax terms (W2, 1099,C2C) Good Understanding of various Visa ( H1B,Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, TN ) identifying and vetting possible IT candidates through timely use of internal systems and databases, job portals, postings, and networking Maintaining the relationship between the candidate and the vendor regarding the status of submitted profile, coordinating interviews, and handling joining procedures For assigned requisitions, responsible for negotiations, document validation, and closed applicants. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal and team coordination skills, initiative, self-motivation, and rapid learning, Location : Hyderabad Experience: 5-9 yrs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb975,000.00 per month Benefits:
