Job Description
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
Experience recruiting, Citizens, GC, OPTs, and EADs consultants.
Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Good to have experience working on VMS requirements.
Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Should be ready to work in night shift.
Negotiating, if required, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Developing and maintaining a network of industry contacts and talent sources to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the team of Talent Acquisition Associates by performing and setting an example. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
