Minimum Criteria Minimum 6+ years of Testing experience in the quality assurance/testing field in a structured and measured process u2013 Experience as a QA Test Analyst in the Workday platform specifically with HCM, & Integrations - Should have experience in managing & mentoring small team of 1 u2013 2 members - Demonstrated expert knowledge of Testing life cycle, methodologies, tools like JIRA, Zephyr. - Superior organizational and time management skills Responsibilities - guide and Manage delivery with support of 1-2 junior members - Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment with a strong customer service orientation - Expertise in Test Bed preparation, Test planning , and Test Execution for both HCM & Integrations - Execute Automation using products like Genie - Support JIRA administration We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
