II. Essential Job Functions Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 5 Oversee quality assurance deliverables including validating the completeness, accuracy, and quality of test plans, execution, and test case results 5 Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to provision required test infrastructures and environments 10 Recommend and implement technology, techniques, and tools in support of automation and the elimination of manual testing 5 Develop automation test suites for API\'s, User interfaces, Database, and ETL/Batch technology components 5 Work with product SMEs to become an expert in application structure, business processes, and data patterns 50 Execute automated, behavioral, aided, and manual testing when needed to identify, track, communicate, and drive critical defects to resolution 10 Share and cross train peers and leadership regarding system functionality 5 Troubleshoot production issues and monitor system stability 5 Perform systems analysis as and when needed 100% III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: You have a B.S. degree (or equivalent degree or work experience) Experience: We\'re looking for a individual with at least 3+years of IT experience Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: . Hands-on scripting/coding experience in any automation testing tools and techniques such as Behavior-driven development, Behave, Python, UFT, Spock, Selenium, Loadrunner, JMeter . Agile experience working in a globally distributed team . Experience working with relational databases and transaction systems . Experience creating and executing SQL queries . Experience with basic Linux commands . Strong curiosity and analytical skills . Keeps the end goal in mind . Highly effective at creating collaborative relationships across an entire organization .
