Requirements

Technical Responsibilities

• Define and develop Test Estimation, Strategies and Solutions
• Work with the engineering teams to derive test requirements throughout the development cycle.
• Develop test plans, design test processes, and establish quality goals
• Detailed knowledge of the software development cycle and the defect resolution process is essential
• Detailed knowledge of System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance frameworks is essential
• Detailed knowledge of Testing Methodologies and Testing Lifecycle is essential.
• Thorough understanding of structured test methods and processes covering manual is essential
• Design, develop, execute and maintain manual test scripts
• Develop, maintain and improve Test Deliverables including best practice metrics and reports
• Create high quality software deliverables across test plans, test scripts and test reports
• Analyze test data and implement metrics and dashboards for progress and quality reporting.
• Be an advocate for shift-left testing practices, focusing on how we can ensure quality for the client
• Identify, design, and deliver innovative technical solutions to increase test effectiveness and coverage, while reducing the cost of test execution

• Lead a team of technical testers covering planning, estimating, managing and reporting on tasks.
• Represent Infuse leadership to client stakeholders in professional and committed manner.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts providing guidance in implementing and using various test tools and methodologies
• Be an active contributor in our testing practice, helping it maintain the highest standards of talent & technology.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• A minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles such as Sr. Software Engineer or Test Lead with focus on different types of testing
• Experience of working alongside BA's, PMs and Development teams are essential.
• Experience in writing SQL queries, capable of writing complex queries using join conditions, aggregate functions.
• Good understanding and experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with tools & applications such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, BitBucket, Git and Artifactory/Maven.
• Experience working within TDD and BDD environments

• Experience in team management and development and mentoring of junior engineering talent
• Experience in stakeholder management including presenting status reports and project deliverables
• Must be detail oriented, analytical and creative thinker with passion for quality and exposure to test automation
• Strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
