Using your expert knowledge in technical architecture you will work on the design of innovative solutions and manage the CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Development) pipelines in Azure Devops.Able to work in a team setting with a focus on detail and quality. Working closely with the business analyst(s) and technical team(s) to deliver high quality software.PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of a team you will be responsible for the analysis of new functionalities, integration and improvements (change management) towards custom made applications
• Translate the functional requirements into technical design, application configuration and testing efforts
• Ensures completeness, accuracy and consistency of the deliverables so that it meets the designed specifications
• Working with the project manager / business analyst you will prepare detailed project plans and prioritize/assign tasks for the delivery of the technical aspects of projects and motivate team members to ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
• Manages project backlog, performs sprint planning and assigns tasks to the development team
• Report to management on project progress
• Engaged in the recruitment and selection process for additional staff on the development team
• Define coaching needs and training requirements for the development team
• Collaborates with and communicates to multidisciplinary teams
• Creates, reviews and modifies coding, and UI, standards used by the software development team
• Performs ad-hoc programming and support in case of business-critical applications
• Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. process design, application configuration, test plans, etc.)
• Evaluate and recommend technical solutions
• Manages software licenses used across the portfolio, including provision of financial forecast to management and evaluation / recommendations for new tools and/or software \xe2\x80\x93 setting the overall technical direction

NON-TECHNICAL PROFILE RQUIREMENTS

• Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
• Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
• Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
• Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements
• Must be able to travel occasionally to other Baxter/customer facilities

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, working in software development
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in working using \xe2\x80\x9cAgile\xe2\x80\x9d methodology or equivalent
• Experience with VB.Net programming techniques
• Experience of working within an Agile environment and use of JIRA tools
• Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience.
• Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
• Experience with AWS / Cloud technology is preferred
• Certification at least of one these 2

• AWS certified Solution Architect \xe2\x80\x93 Professional /
• AWS certified Solution Architect \xe2\x80\x93 Associate
