About Role Location- Pune-Dighi About the function-Finance-Financial Reporting & Compliance Purpose of the role- The Fixed assets Specialist is a position within Tata Communications, based in the Finance team and reporting to the Fixed Assets Manager.This role leads a small and mighty team of tight-knit professionals who are responsible for protecting, building and enhancing Tata Communications corporate reputation globally. You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities) Having working knowledge of IND AS on Property, Plant & Equipment, Investment Property and assets held for sale related accounting (Acquire to Retire Accounting), Fixed Assets schedules of Indian entities and International Entities Internal Financial controls Month end and year end reporting, Audit documentation. Framing Policies, Capitalisation, Provisions Fair Knowledge of Inventory accounting, Supply chain management, Tax laws Insurance Claims Proficient in Excel, access and Microsoft Outlook Applications, SAP HANA functionalities, Power BI, Macros and other Automation Tools. Can work on Big Data and derive results. Preferable from Telecom/ Manufacturing Background or capital extensive industries. Working knowledge of IFRS You Are A good decision maker, a go getter and has eye to detail.
