About Role Designation- Manager Location- Mumbai-Equinox Reports to- Sr Manager About the function-CALCULATING ORDER BOOKINGS PERFORMANCE FOR SALES TEAM Purpose of your Role The manager position based in the (BU) team and reporting to the SR Manager. -Post Graduate/ MBA (Finance) with minimum 5 years of work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance, Financial Reporting & compliance role -As an Order Booking team member, he/she is responsible for managing the data processing, checking validation, reporting, analysis, query resolution through callidus, attending calls, and replying to emails of the CSG sales team on a monthly basis. -Interaction with cross functions like Business operations, FRC team, and Governance Team for SIP-related inputs & clarifications. -Skillfully managing the end-to-end SIP process for more than 1300 plus sales participants i.e. performance publishing, query resolution, etc. -Expert in the organization, administration, and governance of large volumes (Input 1.25 lakhs p.a. and output around 40 lakhs p.a.), of both structured and unstructured data. -Deadline conscious for deliverables and monthly/quarterly reporting. -Self-responsible for completion of a given task. -Active participation in system development & automation, performing UAT, data validation, and report checking. -Supporting in Quota relief process & Internal Audit by extracting and analyzing the data from the system & Database. Providing relevant input to seniors for the accomplishment of tasks/queries. You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities) -SFDC Closed/Won Oppty Files Extract & Sync Process -To check the number of transactions in GAAP/SFDC vs OB File -SFDC Backdated Changes -ACV vs Payout Checks -ACV Data vs Business Ops Data RECO -Publication of OB Ranking to Participant those who have signed SIP Annex along with Quarterly Ranking -Amortization working and Submission -Regional Head Deck/Analytics preparations -Preparing of Bid Participants numbers Manually You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities) -Sales Participants AOP/ Data validation -Callidus Tickets, Ad Hoc Emails from sales participants, -FRC Team Prepaid Queries -UAT Testing in the DEV environment -Support internal and exteranl Audits -Support the HR Team in providing performances details and then You Are Entrepreneurial: You spot opportunities to drive growth for our brand and our customers, making sure the Tata Communications brand is always protected, enhanced, and elevated Proactive and open: As a team, we embrace new ideas, challenges, and change with positivity and a hands-on approach.
