About Role Reporting to - GM- Finance Position - Sr Executive - B2-2 Level - Finance Reconciliation and Cash Management Location - Mumbai. Work Experience - 3-5Years. Education - B.COM / M Com or MBA (Finance). Job Responsibilities Weekly Analysis / monitoring and Reporting of of Cash given to CRA for loading Vs Daily loading report Monthly Reconciliation of WLA Cash in ATM /Vault with Financial and Switch with DLR / CBR submitted by CRA Daily / Monthly recon of Funding Vs Admin for Franchisee Run ATMs Monthly Meeting with CRA and closure of any open issues Weekly Analysis / Reporting and monitoring of Cash in ATM including review of surplus / short cash in ATM in co-ordination with Operations team Control including raising of Debit note to Vendors related to any WLA Cash shortages / contractual penalties Accounting and Analysis of Debit note raised on Monthly basis Statutory / Internal Audit Handling - Responsible for Statutory Audit of entire WLA related activities / Vendor related debit notes including IFC (Internal Financial Control) Audit. Process Controls - Responsible for ensuring continuous process improvement of the above areas. Skills and Traits Presentation Skills - Excel and Power point, Good Communication Skills. Collaboration Skills as the positions needs to have close working relationship with all functions. An eye for detail, accuracy and consistency in deliverables Organized, disciplined, dedicated and loyal at work.
