Job Title: Sr. Team Leader - Process Excellence Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance. Role and Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for analyzing current processes and identifying strengths and weaknesses. They also develop recommendations for process improvements and work with teams to implement these changes. Responsible for designing and implementing new processes, and working on improving current processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes and procedures in your workplace are running efficiently. This may include conducting audits, analyzing data, and making recommendations for changes. One of the goals of process improvement is often to increase customer satisfaction ratings. You may be responsible for developing and implementing new processes that will improve the customer experience. In order to identify opportunities for improvement, you will need to have a strong understanding of the current processes in place. This will involve interactions, observing workers, and collecting data. After you have designed and implemented new processes, it will be important to train employees on how to use them. This may involve leading training sessions and creating training materials. Internal and External client Management. Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training. Promote CNX values- \'walk the talk\' and lead by example. Key skills & knowledge: Graduation degree is mandatory. Customer Service / Sales background preferred. Digital Marketing Experience preferred. Strong with Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations. Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion! Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting timelines of deliverables. Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members. Willingness to work in a flexible schedule. Six Sigma Belt Certification would be an add on.
