Experience & Skill: Years of Experience: 5 - 8 into SAP HCM Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Should have experience of client facing roles Should have excellent communication skills Location- NTT locations UK timings - 12:00 - 10:000 pm Mandatory Skills- good skills in workday , HR org structures, portal ESS/MSS , CATS Responsibilities: Extensive experience in configuring and customising SAP HR and HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Demonstrated ability to analyse and optimize HR processes, leveraging SAP HR, HCM. In-depth knowledge of data migration and integration between SAP HR, HCM, and Third Party Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting. Experience in managing and resolving complex HR system issues, leveraging SAP HR, HCM Requirement analysis and interacting with customers to resolve the queries/questions to their best satisfaction. Carrying out customization changes as and when required. Continuously upgrade the system with the latest \'Support Pack\' releases from SAP and updating of the notes released by SAP. Interacting with technical/ cross-functional consultants for successful resolution of an issue. Risk assessment of the changes. Defining Functional Specifications for new developments and maintaining the documents related to the change in the system. Drafting & Executing the test cases and testing the new developments/ configurations across development and quality environments in R/3 system. Conducting End User training with respect to SAP HR as & when required Amendment AD Hoc Fields for reporting purpose. Worked on ESS/MSS module which includes, configuring Country specific ESS/MSS Portal, Resolving Issues arise in User portal, Worked on Fiori Launchpad testing, Customization of ESS/MSS link with help of Web dynpro Component and Logic building to help ABAP Team on development. Configuration of LSMW as per the requirement including Time Management, OM/PA Modules. Configuring complex Work Schedule Rule Request Worked on 3 end to end SAP implementation Worked on support, Rollout experience in HCM PA / OM module Having Good understanding of SAP HCM business process Customizing SAP application as per client requirement. Experience in writing complex Time & Payroll PCR\'s Issues related to Indian Payroll & Time Management. Written PCR on various scenarios in Time Management & Indian Payroll Helping to maximise the use of SAP within the business. Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements. Defining security profiles. Assisting in the project management of IT HR application projects. Implementing Payroll solutions. UAT and Regression testing- completion and script writing. Advising colleagues on SAP HR/PY matters. Providing business consultancy within the HR business Process sector. Liaising with third part SAP technicians, stakeholders (both internally and externally). Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis.
