We are looking to a SAP-HCM Consultant on a remote basis. You can be based anywhere in the world but must be happy to work to the UK timezone. The role is paid monthly in the UK outside IR35 outside UK on a freelance basis. The role is working for a growing software consultancy company. Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of SAP

Objectives

  • Be the champion and “go-to” person for any SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding
questions and help grow the practice knowledge
  • Support the SuccessFactors team to embrace an expanding HR Transformation practice
alongside SAP’s growing portfolio of products in the SAP SuccessFactors arena that mirror
the go-to-market messages of SAP
  • Assist less experienced personnel in accomplishing their assignments in the most effective
manner
  • Design project plans and provide supervision for SAP HCM project consultants
  • Develop and unit test SAP HCM software for interfaces, conversions, and custom reports

  • Maintain responsibility for integration between SAP HCM and multiple HR systems with end
to end global focus and integration between SAP HCM and multiple T&A systems with end to
end global focus
  • Provide status reports for project constituents
  • Provide design and direction to adaptations to SAP HCM screens, panels and tables
  • Supports the creation, monitoring and review of Business Development activities around
his/her solution- or industry- specialisation area
  • Error analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution, proposal/implementation/maintenance of
solutions
  • Design, develop and generate reports, analysing the data to ensure accuracy and that the
content meets departmental needs and requirements (including Leave of Absence Reporting)
  • Assess current analytics capabilities and makes recommendations for improvement

Skills and Experience
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
modules functionalities and limitations, including LMS & EC
  • Basic knowledge in HR processes and procedures with some experience of HR through either
work or studies
  • 4 -5 years experience on SAP HCM, with hands on execution, including Employee Self Service
/ Manager Self Service, Enterprise Compensation Management, Payroll, Organisational
Management, Performance Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel
Development, Recruitment, Time Management, Training & Event Management, Interfaces
with other non-SAPsystem
  • 4 -5 years experience on SAP, with hands on execution
  • Experience in implementation of HCM in at least 2 projects (FULL CYCLE, from initiation to
closure)
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules

  • Strong time management and communication skills to meet project timelines and deliver
