Job description As a Senior Sales Manager in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. Your role will involve strategizing, implementing sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of sales operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the sales team\'s performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify key market segments and develop plans to penetrate them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints to offer suitable property solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Operations Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market findings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
