The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience in the ceramic sector and a strong understanding of the industry dynamics. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of driving business growth, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ceramic industry. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the ceramic industry. Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ceramic products, including their features, specifications, and applications. Effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to showcase our ceramic products to clients. Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively influence purchase decisions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track progress against targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the ceramic industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
