Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 4 years \xe2\x80\x93 7 Years. Qualification: Graduation and above Age Bar: Below 40 Yrs Salary: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 40 K / Month +++ (Salary is not at all a constraint for the right talent and we assure to give you the best in the market.) What skills you need to have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have experience in Non-IT hiring. Must have experience in bulk recruitment Work from Office only. :
- Should have good hiring exposure experienced using various tools Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- End to End Recruitment (NON IT Recruitment)
- Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in-person for roles in various levels \xe2\x80\x93 Executive, Managers and Directors.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Engage with the team to plan and fill the requirements.
