Position: IT Recruiter- Female Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 6 month - 5 year Qualification: Graduate Industry: Recruitment/placement
Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates
- Search, screen & source profiles from Database, job boards, and social media through headhunting & referrals
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Recruitment coordination (setup interview, candidate tracking/follow-up, follow-up for the feedback, warm-up call, etc.)
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring panel for seamless execution of interview process
- Offers Closure collect and validate candidates documents, offer discussion and negotiations, secure necessary approvals, and release offer letters.
- Perform candidate engagement activities with offered and potential to be offered, candidates.
- Candidate/Employee database management
- Should be multitasking.
