We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers\xe2\x80\x99 current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Administer internal and external lease documents in our corporate real estate management tool.\xc2\xb7 Record and monitor change requests on space occupancy in all Siemens\xe2\x80\x99 office and industrial sites.\xc2\xb7 Align and process the periodic invoicing of real estate lease agreements and it\xe2\x80\x99s respective monitoring.\xc2\xb7 Calculate and execute the add-on invoicing of real estate variable services and it\xe2\x80\x99s respective monitoring.\xc2\xb7 Ensure required reports are prepared and delivered with accuracy and in a timely manner based on our partners\xe2\x80\x99 needs.\xc2\xb7 Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to our real estate partners.\xc2\xb7 Get to know the corporate real estate business and interfaces to enhance, harmonize and improve processes.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree\xc2\xb7 More than five years of professional experience\xc2\xb7 Experience or knowledge on Global Business Services environment would be a plus.\xc2\xb7 Experience in SAP would be a plus, particularly on Accounts Receivables transactions.\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English,\xc2\xb7 Fluency in German\xc2\xb7 Availability to travel, if needed\xc2\xb7 Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills and ability to work with a multitude of different stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
