Job title: Sr Process Associate - Record to Report

We provide a variety of competitive, innovative and reliable Record-to-Report services from maintaining financial records to financial closing and reporting.

We process, compile and deliver relevant financial information covering Accounting & Closing, Commercial, Tax and Master Data Services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers' current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP, with accuracy and in a timely manner

Perform the month-end and quarter-end closing routines, including calculations of accruals, deferrals and real estate taxes

Keep abreast of changes in external accounting guidelines and foster the adoption of real estate's accounting principles

Support our partners in the preparation of accurate and reliable financial statements

Prepare highly automated data reconciliations

Create and deliver high quality, consistent and tailor-made reports in which our partners can rely on for effective decision-making processes

Leverage and adopt new technologies and reporting systems (e.g. SAP Hana, Tableau, Winshuttle) to automate reporting processes and deliver an increased value to our partners Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to our real estate partners

Get to know the corporate real estate business and interfaces to enhance, harmonize and improve processes

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields

Two years of professional experience in a similar or related function

Solid knowledge on Microsoft Excel (mandatory)

Experience in SAP systems (preferred)

Fluency in English (mandatory)

Fluency in German(mandatory)

Availability to work in shifts

Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure

Professional ethics, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation

Very good interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate with different partners and work as a Team
