Date of approval:05 27 2022 Profile Should have engineering ba ckground with 5-14 years of experience. Should have MBA from Tier 1 2 colleges. Minimum of 3-4 years of past-experience in pre-sales and bid management in IT Services Company in either of Banking, Financial, Securities, Insurance Industry Domain Key activities: Work independently on pre-sales activities which includes: # Understand business implications at a high level # Analyse and Qualify RFXs- (RFP , RFQ and RFI) Requests # Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ , RFI responses # Provide thought le adership for account teams for initiating and constructing proactive propositions # Understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution # Participat e in conference calls with customers along with sales and solution teams to understand the requirements # Lead customer research, understand the customer challenges potential positioning # Construct value proposition by working with various teams # t echnology teams, service line teams , practices, finance, legal etc # Present the solution or value proposition to the customer # Architect, construct capability presentations sales pitch for helping in new acquisition via hunting or expansion of exi sting customers via farming # Collaborate with sales and technology teams to guide them create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc. # Facilitate discussions to drive win themes # Ensure right solution pitch for right ask behaving as an extended arm of sales team High-level Skill # Proven technical and IT services pre-sales experience # Understanding of industry processes domain # at least one of Banking, Financial, Securities, Insurance industries # Broad understanding of tec hnology and appreciation # Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra , Digital , consulting etc # Keep abreast with the changing technology and industry landscape # Excellent MS Word, PPT, Excel skills # Go.
