: Information Security Awareness Lead # Lead the strategy, implementation and ongoing improvement of security awareness initiatives. # Define the elements of the security awareness program (e.g., co mmunications, events, assessments training, etc.) and oversee implementation. # Assess the various audiences for security awareness materials initiatives and develop custom engagement strategies. # Lead all aspects of development and rollout of rele vant and engaging security training. # Define and implement an effective security awareness curriculum # Sustain and improve the awareness program by staying up to date on current and emerging techniques, participating in industry events and proacti vely benchmarking program strategies and performance. # Work proactively with security teams to understand key information security threats facing our clients and consider how to design and customize security awareness program initiatives accordingly . # Ensure that any regulatory and compliance requirements related to security awareness and training are sufficiently met. # Continuously seek feedback and nurture cross-functional relationships (with security, privacy, engineering, legal, interna l audit, business, etc.) to strengthen the security awareness program over time. # Establish and report relevant metrics and performance indicators, to communicate status and demonstrate the progress of the information security awareness programs pe rformance. # Develop and track the programs objectives, key results and budget, aligned with our existing processes. # Assist with the development and maintenance of measures to effectively track and report on the efficacy of trainings and awarenes s efforts # Draft communications to relevant audiences and assist with the creation of role-based procedures training to specific segments of the employee population # Assist with a security champion ambassador program # Assist with the maintenance o.
