Other details: Role Description: The Presales Consultant will be working on opportunities for a large SaaS provider. Consultant will bring in Cloud and Infrastructure Management Services domain knowledge along with capabilities to architect solutions as required to prepare a winning bid while taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. This role will be responsible for managing an opportunity from qualification through to winning the deal. Candidate must demonstrate ability to work under pressure and challenging deadlines. This role requires strong networking and people management skills for successful collaboration between multiple groups within the company. Responsibilities Required Skills: # Excellent, in-depth understa nding of overall Cloud and IT Infrastructure across technology & service towers # Experience of both On Premise and Cloud Delivery Models # Understanding of the overall tools# architecture including monitoring and management tools, service management and automation tools # Understanding of the cross functional services in terms of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change etc.) # Knowledge of the resource sizing estimation models # End-to-end Bid Management # Business case development for pro active pursuits as well as proposal writing # Participate in deep-dive discussions with customer o Evaluates customer s current business needs and desired end-state o Collect business requirements of the opportunity # Support the Sales team for engag ing the prospect to understand the areas of problem, define scope in line to the tactical & strategic needs. # Coordinate with Sales team, Delivery team and other stakeholders towards conceptualizing an integrated, end to end solution. # Knowledge of technical tasks & activities constituting the deliverables, structuring them logically - planning, risk identification & mitigation, dependency analysis etc. # Own the end-to-end RFx response: Create end to end storyboarding of technical solution, p.
