Date of approval - 07 8 202 2 Overall experience in IT Consulting: The candidate should have an overall consulting experience of at least 10-15 years in the capacity of a business analyst or consultant in an IT company with focus on transportation and logistics sector Domain E xperience: Should possess in-depth understanding of the transportation and logistics domain especially of three or more key areas like Supply Chain Management (Forward, DCs and Reverse Logistics), Transportation Management System (TMS), Warehouse Man agement System (WMS) Yard Management, Visibility platforms Control Towers, Air Cargo systems, Last Mile Delivery, Fleet Management Systems, EDI B2B messaging integration etc. Knowledge of multiple modes of transportation like Air, Road, Rail, Ocean , and Multimodal freight Exposure to domain applications like Blue Yonder, SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, Infor, Manhattan Associates, Four Kites, Functional Skills: Problem Solving, Solution functional architecting, Solution Blueprinting, Creating Value Prop ositions, client prospect relationship management, Business Case Development and Business Requirements solution scoping Technical Skills: Good understanding of industry applications and systems. High level understanding and knowledge of hyper scale rs like cloud service providers, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow would be an added advantage. Appreciation of delivery methodologies like Agile and DevOps Engagement Experience: Should have executed three or more engagements for Global Freight Forward ers, Retail eCommerce Supply Chain in the last 2-4 years. Engagement experience of Ocean Liners and Air Cargo would be an added advantage. Candidate should have played the role of Functional Lead (for Consultant Sr. Consultant role) for the executed engagements. At an engagement level, the candidate should be proficient in the following: a. Requirements scoping b. Stakeholder Mgmt. (both internal and external) c. Communication (high proficiency in English language # both written and oral).
