Date of approval - 07 8 202 2 Overall experience in IT Consulting: The candidate should have an overall consulting experience of at least 10-15 years in the capacity of a business analyst or consultant in an IT company with focus on airline and airports sector Domain Experien ce: Should possess in-depth understanding of the airline domain especially of three or more key areas like traveler experience, travel retail (shopping and booking), loyalty system, revenue management, airline PSS passenger servicing systems (reserv ations, inventory, and departure control systems), airline operations (crew management, MRO, flight operations, baggage).Knowledge of other aviation related areas like airports, cargo, GDS would be an advantage Functional Skills: Problem Solving, So lution functional architecting, Solution Blueprinting, Creating Value Propositions, client prospect relationship management, Business Case Development and Business Requirements solution scoping Technical Skills: Good understanding of industry appl ications and systems. High level understanding and knowledge of hyper scalers like cloud service providers, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow would be an added advantage. Appreciation of delivery methodologies like Agile and DevOps Engagement Experience : Should have executed three or more engagements for global airlines in the last 2-4 years. Engagement experience of Airports and Cargo airlines would be an added advantage. Candidate should have played the role of Functional Lead for the executed engagements. At an engagement level, the candidate should be proficient in the following: a. Requirements scoping b. Stakeholder Mgmt. (both internal and external) c. Communication (high proficiency in English language # both written and oral) d. Eng agement Estimation Role Expectations: The candidate should be proficient in the following: a. Deconstructing key business problems to identify value areas, structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients.
