Should have MBA from Tier 1 2 colleges. Minimum of 3-4 years of past-experience in pre-sales and bid management in IT Services Company in either of Banking, Financial, Securities, Insurance Industry Domain Key activities: Work independently on pre-sales activities which includes: # Understand business implications at a high level # Analyse and Qualify RFXs- (RFP , RFQ and RFI) Reque sts # Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ , RFI responses # Provide thought leadership for account teams for initiating and constructing proactive propositions # Understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risk etc and work clos ely with technology and solution teams to build the solution # Participate in conference calls with customers along with sales and solution teams to understand the requirements # Lead customer research, understand the customer challenges potential po sitioning # Construct value proposition by working with various teams # technology teams, service line teams , practices, finance, legal etc # Present the solution or value proposition to the customer # Architect, construct capability presentations s ales pitch for helping in new acquisition via hunting or expansion of existing customers via farming # Collaborate with sales and technology teams to guide them create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc. # Facilitate discussions to drive win themes # Ensure right solution pitch for right ask behaving as an extended arm of sales team High-level Skill # Proven technical and IT services pre-sales experience # Understanding of industry processes domain # at least one of Banking, F inancial, Securities, Insurance industries # Broad understanding of technology and appreciation # Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra , Digital , consulting etc.
