JOB SUMMARY Package Technical Lead is responsible for designing and implementing solutions to customers by using modules of package solution platforms. The role holder should ensure that delivered solution meets the technical specifications and desig n requirements. Responsibilities will include full range of activities from leading and executing small to mid-size projects and assisting project managers on larger and complex projects. Package Technical Lead should also be able to work as an indiv idual contributor as well as a team player. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Ability to understand businesses, map products, design solutions and implement them. # Build highly detailed and complex solutions. # Possess good communication skills to be able to i nteract directly with a client business SME and coordinate with the team # Execute project using available project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plan). # Familiarityw ith DevOps, Agile and Waterfall deliverymodels. #Collaborate closely with the team to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to the team during the entire process.
