Job Description

SAP HCM CONSULTANT HCM Functional Experience ( Relevant ) : 4 to 8 years - Should be good knowledge in Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management - At least 2 Implementation of experience implementing SAP HCM Payroll - Ability to develop functional and technical specifications required - Should have good knowledge on GDPR concepts - Should have prior experience on GDPR Project WRT SAP HCM - Should be able to prepare test plan and scripts independently - Should ha ve at least 2-3 End to End Implementation Experience on the above specific modules - Good Knowledge and hands on Negative & Positive Time Management - Good experience on SAP HCM Time and Payroll - Strong analytical and technical skills pertaining to trouble shooting and problem solving required - Proven experience in developing business blueprints and working with process diagrams and business process definition required - Must be able to collaborate with business partners, identify engagement f ollow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel - Should have experience working at client#s place. - Should have extensive experience on Data Migration Tools. - Can work independently on customizing activities and system integration - Any hands-on technical knowledge HR ABAP are additional advantage. - SAP HCM ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
