Roles and Responsibilities Candidate Persona: We are looking for a Senior People and Culture Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as
well as improved or recommended processes
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation expense,
reimbursement etc.
Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by
establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations
and maintaining records
Plan and execute employee engagement programs
Work on Performance plans and career progression plans for the employees
Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures,
including team structuring and morale building
Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the
overall business direction
Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences,
resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counselling employees and supervisors
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting
collaboration
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with objectivity and discretion
Required Skills:
8+ Years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to lead a team
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
Preferred Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field, Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
is preferred
Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
Familiarity with HR software like Bamboo HR, Zoho HRM etc.
Enjoys working alongside the team
Operationally focussed
