This role is to enable run the E2E scope of Property Finance activities pertaining to Group and region in coordination with P2P Property Team and Property Finance, including but not limited to accounting operations, financial control, reporting, substantiation and analytical support.
Partner with various GFS workstreams to drive and implement Change Agenda for Property Finance activities including process simplifications, quality improvements, data analytics and new systems (SAP etc).
Build robust process and deliver with accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Review and Track monthly Property projects WIP, Accruals and its accurate reporting, Identify anomalies and ensure resolutions. Highlight to Regional Leads in P2P and Group Finance on the outcome and suggestion to provide resolution.
Monthly pulling and monitoring of Property cost and liaise with countries to understand the gaps if any
Ensure project accounting / Accruals / WIP balances are monitored and reported accurately
Support and provide assistance for standardisation & optimisation within the broader finance organisation.
Business
Provide timely, accurate, complete, relevant, and value-added information
Proactively flag risk/opportunities on financial performance to help business take mitigating actions to achieve targets with Regional Property Leads
Ensure Coordination with property, regional and country finance to ensure Fast close
Provide and pull relevant data for preparation of presentations and other communications for key internal stakeholders
Raise DQ issues if any to the relevant teams
Build strong relationships with key delivery partners and ensure efficiencies and synergies are realised across the remit of areas impacted by the delivery.
Processes
Partner with globally accountable process owners driving standardisation as part Centralization of process in hub.
Coordinate for Monthly accrual & pre-payment journal postings
Act as a trusted advisor to Businesses / Functions regarding implementing the Change Management, Standards related to change delivery and procedures.
Good governance and building / tracking mechanisms for digital Scorecard Metrics for effective / efficient process control improvements, enhancements and simplifications. where appropriate use of A3 to bring process efficiency and reduce the reliance on manual processes
Establishment of Transition and Accelerate Governance process for the function by scorecard metrics for the function
Quarterly balance sheet substantiation process for Property accounts.
Monthly connect with relevant teams to plan ahead for the monthly deliverables
Enhance the usage of Service management tools to track and achieve deadlines
Ad hoc query and request management
Bring Process Transparency through ARIS Map
Manage and deliver ad hoc work
People & Talent
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the Property, Functions Finance and teams getting impacted with Property Costs, Capitalisation and Recharges.
Risk Management
Responsible for ensuring adequate operational risk controls are in place within all relevant processes, in line with Group Finance / Country Policies and procedures and UK Sox requirements
Governance
Coordinate multiple deadlines, work cohesively with other teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
Adhere to bank / regulatory policies governing data quality and controls.

Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications: Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Holder / Professionally Qualified with Finance & Accounting as major skill or competency
10+ years of Relevant finance experience in Accounting and Control and process re-engineering
