The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

  • Key member in development of agile data analysis using coding where required to deliver impactful analysis.
  • Work closely with the FP & A Leads and Regional Property finance teams in supporting to driving Property strategy and run the Book of Work including reporting and Forecasting.
  • Provide support, data, information, decks and management packs to help drive partnership with the Property MT to drive various strategy and decisions.
Strategy
  • Support to deliver the Finance value proposition for the Property MT through a period of significant but exciting change with the evolution of New Ways of Working.
  • Act as a champion and advocate for standardisation and optimisation within the broader finance organisation.
  • Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive the same.
  • Detailed oriented, self motivated and organised.
  • Able to multi task varying priorities deliverables.
Business
  • Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions and provide support to the Regional Teams for them to drive their respective Regional P&Ls.
  • Work closely with the FP & A Leads and Property Finance teams on Cost Forecasting, Identify anomalies and ensure resolutions.
  • Monthly monitoring of Property cost and liaise with Regional Teams to understand the gaps between the actual booking and Budget.
  • Ensure to work and support to provide guidance and support for the period end and preparation of forecast in coordination with Regional Leads and respective teams.
  • Own and Assist in the identification, development and evolution of KPIs.
  • Create, manage an coordinate for the dashboard reports for the management review.
  • Help drive metrics and reporting to support creation of a congenial environment to ensure reporting and data accuracy meet the required timeline and fall within the define metrics and measurement.
  • Run the Corporate Plan and Budget Restatement processes with strategizing, planning the operational rhythm, defining responsibilities and in coordination with the Regional Teams.
  • Stay updated and ready to stay closely with Group FP&A team and partner with them on queries related to costs and strategy including forecasts, planning and futuristic views.
Processes
  • Support with data and workings to drive discussions on Cost Forecast and challenge as appropriate to ensure a robust process is set up on a regular basis to report and drive discussions with the Property CFO and Property MT.
  • Provide Ad hoc reporting and analysis of the data with the ability to demonstrate significance.
  • Provide report building expertise and support in the creation of performance monitoring mechanism.
  • Experience defining KPIs and leading the control implementation.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make trade offs and evaluate opportunistic new idea.
  • Experience effectively managing cross functional teams and resources that do not have a direct reporting relationship.
  • Leading the financial planning process for the business and partner with many internal teams in delivering the business objectives.
  • Responsible for the monthly standard reporting cycle and ensure accuracy, data sources are lined up and data reconciles every where for consistency.
  • Manage and deliver adhoc requests.
People and Talent
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the Property, Functions Finance and teams getting impacted with Property Costs and Recharges.
Risk Management
  • Embed Here for good and Group\xe2\x80\x99s brand and values in FP&A ASIA Team.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
Governance
  • Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
  • Adhere to bank / regulatory policies governing data quality and controls.
Regulatory and Business Conduct

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder / Professionally Qualified with Finance and Accounting as major skill or competency.
  • Coding qualification with experience in SQL and Dataiku a preference.
