Position: Sr Manager Risk & Internal Controls We are looking for an objective Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and a sound judgement Attributes required for position

• Chartered Accountant, certification in internal controls, risk management would be an added advantage
• Proven working experience of 5-10 years as Internal Auditor with Big4 & Industry (preferably Pharma)
• Experience in managing internal controls and processes
• Advanced computer skills on MS office, accounting software & database
• Ability to manage large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement
• Strong communication skills to senior leaders, external stakeholders
• Collaborative and team player
• Goal-orientated and committed to work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

Responsibilities

• Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management
• Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results
• Identify loopholes/gaps and recommend risk aversion measures
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Self- Assessment through testing of controls and transactions, plus review of controls across business areas
• Direct and co-ordinate all internal audits conducted by audit firms across business areas
• Support implementation of best practices and controls through inputs for SOP and processes
• Coordination for global audit & remediation
• Compile financial control questionnaires
• Monitor various patient programs
• Manage all internal audits, monitoring of audits, support for appointing internal audit firms
