Job description Product Manager (Go-to-market and channel support) Go-to-market strategy Design and develop go-to-market strategies for our principal products/solutions in all channels. Requires constant engagement with CDO, COS on product/solution, go-to-market strategy Create solutions/ pitches based on customer profiles and preferences in each channel/partners Work closely with Marketing to deliver product centric communication, based on customer requirements and corresponding Selling stories Work closely with Sales Training team to develop content and schedule training modules based on product strategy in each channel Training (new launches) - channels / train the trainer Channel support and Partner engagement Be the face of ICICI Pru Product team in interactions with partners/business teams Support with \'Expert on call\' kind of meetings Strategically plan new product launch related activities in each of our key channels Support to Alliances team Prospect partner meeting / product discussions Competition product analysis and suggest sweet spots that we occupy which can be shared with the prospective partner Competition tracking Knowledge of top competition products - counter pitches Track specific trends
