Job Description
Sr. Manager Product (Merchant)
Note : We are only looking for a B2B startup person Who can join us immediately or within 30 days.
- Salary is no bar for the right fit candidate.
- Owning and independently defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Our merchant acquiring products globally
- Owning the operational and commercial relationships with service providers and partners.
- Working with the Engineering team to define and execute a scalable product architecture that will work internationally.
- Creating and scaling teams, starting with POs and BAs, who have responsibility for managing backlogs and leading delivery across different product features and markets.
- Assessing opportunities, understanding behavior, and testing hypotheses with data analysis.
- Having end-to-end ownership of the merchant acquiring product development lifecycle
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in handling full cycle of payments for a fintech or NBFC
- Should possess experience in building products 0 to 1
- Should be from IIT/NIT and BITS Only.
- Should be from B2B Product Based Startups.
