Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development and execution of a dedicated tracking mechanism for performance upliftment strategies in MEGA branches of AXIS Bank.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that drive business growth, customer engagement, and revenue enhancement.

Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to gather insights on competitors across people, product, process, and perception initiatives.
Utilize benchmarking data to formulate strategies ensuring a dominant market presence on AXIS Bank counters.

Design and implement a robust Segmentation Framework to optimize efficiency across various Strategic Partnership segments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies with the segmentation framework and drive targeted outcomes.

Develop and deliver strategic reports, presentations, and insights to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Provide actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis and insights to guide decision-making at the highest levels.

Job Specifications:

Master of Business Administration from a premier business school or equivalent.
2 Years to 6 years of experience in Project Management
Result Orientation, Innovation, Customer Centricity, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Business Acumen.
