Are you ready to help us make the future Acting as member of the Product Hosting and Infrastructure Enabling Services (PHE) leadership team, part of the corporate IT cloud tower, helping in defining and driving the overall solution delivery management and Operations for the PHE team. This role will lead a team of architects and engineering resources, to deliver solutions and support implementations for various lab, R&D, development, and production virtualization use cases. Role will be reporting to cloud leadership team primarily will be driving the infrastructure solution design, execution, and support of the Product Hosting platforms, to meet business needs enabling design standardization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES .Responsible for end-to-end architecture and implementation of Product Hosting virtualization and infrastructure solutions and services across the globe. .Leading a team of system architects and DevOps engineers to understand business requirements and design best in class solutions .Understanding business needs, and capture acceptance criteria through intake management tool .Responsible for delivering business value by creating scalable, standardized solutions leveraging infrastructure hosting and virtualization best practices .Defines the DevOps procedures and lead a team of DevOps engineers to support the Product Hosting solutions and services, and ensure high availability and performance of the platforms .Work with Global Architecture Leader and Security Architects to build a team of expert architects to enable highly available and performant Product Hosting and Services solutions .Ability to engage at executive level for business case and solution sign-off .Understand ecosystem of cyber security and audits and play a key role in securing the platforms by design. .Partner with product teams, cyber security, network, supply chain, manufacturing, smart factory, and other core IT organizations to design and help to implement digital business solutions that drive down the cost of infrastructure, operational cost, software licenses, and overall TCO, to enable better margins for Honeywell products .Lead team of architects to ensure standards and processes for Product Hosting meet the businesses present and future needs and facilitates rapid repeatable deployments. .Lead the team of DevOps engineers - Tier 1 and Tier 2, to support hosting platforms and services availability, uptime, and performance as per the defined SLA .Ensure all the services provided by the team meet and exceed SLAs for delivery, cost, and quality .Deliver multiple projects manage issues, roadblocks, dependencies, overlaps and scope. .Identify risk mitigation strategies, take early action to resolve issues and address impacts. .Provide status updates at all levels of the organization according to the communication plan. .Manage budget and project financials associated with programs or initiatives for the team. .Be a consulting partner to product development teams to influence their product roadmaps to enable secure, cost effective and highly available application hosting practices. YOU MUST HAVE .10+ years of experience in the IT or Engineering domain .5+ years in a leadership role within IT deployment or functional leadership in Cloud and Infrastructure deployments .2+ years of working knowledge in Digital Technology, Cloud Technologies, Infrastructure and Virtualization .2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting cloud, hosting, and virtualization solutions WE VALUE .Leadership skills with the ability to define vision for the organization, rally theteam around the vision, set high expectations and manage to expectations as well as supervisory experience in the Product Hosting and virtualization solutions or technology deployment space and functional/solutioning expertise in the areas of product software development and engineering .Infrastructure as Code experience .Knowledge of Change Acceleration Process (CAP) .Working in a matrix organization and global delivery model .Proven analytical and problem resolution skills .Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification .Deep understanding of solution and technology practices with strong business acumen and customer focus .Conveys information with clarity, ensuring messages are understood across diverse, global teams. .Drives \'right and fast\' results in a matrixed environment with Creative and collaborativeproblem-solvingskills .Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills while consistently making timely decisions even in the face of complexity .Conveys specific, observable, and measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifiesunderstanding ondeliverables and timeframes. .Creation and implementation of result-oriented Management Operating System .Strategic Planning: Ability to define the problem/issue and create effective strategies to manage our connected technology solutions. .Excellent collaboration & negotiation skills: Ability to understand customer needs, negotiate complex issues and total value offerings to our customers. .Strategic Manufacturing solutioning skills with the ability to define the problem/issue and create effective strategies to manage our technology solutions .Excellent collaboration & negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs, negotiate complex issues and total value offerings to our customers. .Demonstrated experience in process design, software/solution configuration, functional specification development, testing and training require .Self-directed and able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently as well as a team .Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
