Job Description

As an experienced System Architect, you will beresponsible to drive progress of global automation and digitalization projects withinSiemens Digital Industries. You will apply your expertise for IT architectureand technology and participate in the collaboration between Business, IT, andexternal service providers to continuously grow and extend our platforms. Youwill support quality assurance and assure security aspects and implement newfeatures into the solution. Within your role you will collaborate with businessarchitects, subject matter experts and developers to drive enhancements, continuouslyincrease business process automation and drive digitalization activities. Based on your extended expertise you will ensure the successful way forward of ourstrategic solutions and platforms. Give expert support for IT architecture, quality,performance, and security of relevant IT solutions. Closely collaborate with business experts, developers,and key-users. Be part of a team of external and internal partners and givetechnical guidance. Support digitalization and automation in strategicprojects for the logistics and sales domain. Make sure that the applications are sufficientlydocumented, continuously reviewed and that necessary improvements areimplemented. Pay high attention to scalability and reuseaspects of the applications. Ensure and incorporate enterprise architecture principles.
