Position Summary with Job Responsibilities Purpose of the position a.The role is responsible for designing & development of VAS (AMC-FMS-EW) offerings for Commercial Vehicles - both for existing models and for upcoming/new models. Establishing fleet care group revenue penetration goals based on customer/ market requirements b.VAS offerings & VAS sales support to customer will be hampered and no direction to field team on VAS proposals . Job Responsibilities Develop understanding on Customers, Market segments and competitive landscape/ industry trends. Analyze customer service & maintenance cost inputs and develop VAS offerings cost inputs mechanism. Refinement in VAS offerings in terms of Cost Competitiveness, Customer Focus & Dealer Engagement leading to growth in overall business for service revenue penetration Support the field team in negotiations with back up data and analysis for VAS offerings Coordinating with field team for potential VAS customers for new & used vehicles induction Liaison with Key accounts customers to improve VAS business and customer satisfaction Benchmarking with competitor AMC sales, service operations & processes Identifying IT and system related improvements required for enhancing VAS booking, incentives , claim processes Working closely with respective LOB function & analytics team for developing VAS pricing proposals Developing/ enhancing pricing tool for VAS business enhancement Planning customer engagement activities for VAS customers Training regular interaction to channel partner for selling VAS Sales /Booking processes Visiting individual territory meeting with channel partner\'s staff, owners, Customers, field sales & service teams, local markets for understanding the VAS business requirements Work closely with respective Regional and State team along with channel partners to understand requirements and develop VAS products that can help them drive sales of VAS & uptime Guarantee. Review progress on specific action plan with various stakeholders including state and regional teams on a regular basis and provide necessary support. Work towards identifying areas for cost reduction and working towards them and involving various stakeholders Develop customer specific interventions so as to have VAS profitability intact Education Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Work Experience 8-12 Years Experience in Automobile Industry Experience Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Developing Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Driving Execution - Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standards Leading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Motivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individuals Functional Competencies Channel Management 5.
