Job Description

JOB PURPOSE ? As State incharge to recruit & Manage a 3-4 sales personnel. ? Add Channel partners, get sales through CP's who can buy and sell Solar Rooftop Systems. ? Support Channel partner & their team to close initial orders. ? Train the Channel partner and his team on Sales closure. ? Ensure the Channel partner has trained technicians for installation and after sales service. ? Ensure Customer details are provided by Channel Partner to Operations team to provide after sales support. DIMENSIONS ? FY 2022-23: Rs 1.8 crores ? FY 2023-24: Rs 2.4 crores PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ? Identify potential CP prospects in the potential markets. ? Briefing the prospects about company, product ranges and understand the interest. ? Bring the prospects to HO to show manufacturing facility and Product training. ? Get the CP agreement signed. ? Sales support for initial orders ? Co-ordinate with HO operation for order Execution and supply. ? Ensure customer details are provided by CP on completion of installation.
