The IT Project Manager will report into the EIT Development Leader and will be responsible for development and delivery of projects/support items in NPI Engineering domain moving to production. This role will partner with the functional consultants, SBG Partners to prevent defects from transitioning into production environment and to ensure that the right level of development is applied for the projects.

Develop and deliver software for the projects assigned with the best quality in the timelines established, budget planning & tracking.
Guide the team to debug and move forward with new technologies.
Identify potential risks that impact the product/schedule/cost in advance and assist team in mitigating them.
Perform impact analysis on the changes proposed to the system.
Develop/update necessary process artifacts during the development.
Effectively manage a variety of work priorities
Clearly understands manufacturing and R&D processes in multiple areas.
Assist in and become involved with improving technical processes and products in the team.
Enhance the success of the project by contributing innovative ideas.
Develop or apply advanced technologies that improve product or productivity or quality.
Successfully translate design to software. Contribute to effective design solutions.
Actively participate in internal/external meeting presenting their Point of View constructively.
Effectively manage the team, including contractors.

Qualification-

8 years of development experience in working with web technologies
Experience with LABVantage LIMS implementation is add on.
Good to have \xe2\x80\x93 experience in GMP/GXP, export compliance.
At least 1~2 year of managing projects in waterfall/agile/scrum methodology
Strong in oops concepts, html, css, javascript, java, sql, xml, .net 4.5, web api, asp.net mvc, azure, aws, angular/react.
Good knowledge and understanding of agile methodology
Should have worked in 1-2 projects with more than 4-8 member teams with duration of more than 6 months.
Qualification: B.E. /MBA
