GLOBAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (GES) Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest and Uzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and process standardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and also supports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts. THE OPPORTUNITY - HCI PROJECT MANAGER (SR ADV PROJ MGMT SPECIALIST )-SPOT-SOFTWARE & SERVICES (ME REGION) HCI Project Manager- Spot, Software & Services is responsible for end-to-end Project Management activities for Middle East Region KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Prepare quarterly Revenue, GP & collection plan for backlog orders & forecast revenue for Front log orders inclusive of spot, Software orders & man-days services against framework agreements with the customers 2.Deliver Revenue, Billing, collection as per plan/forecast. 3.Communicate with internal & external stake holders as per requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks & pro-actively address issues to keep the revenue plan intact. 4.Conduct Kick off with customer, arrange recourses, ensure on time delivery / services, timely billing & collections, claim management (end to end project management). 5.Manage budget, expenses & resource allocation effectively to maintain the gross profits. 6.Placing Purchase requisitions for third party items & requests for invoicing 7.Manage customer expectations and satisfaction. 8.Actively support Sales team in ongoing opportunities of QRs/SPOTs for smooth execution in post order stage. 9.Participate in Periodic management reviews, reporting & escalating. 10.25% travelling is envisaged for this role. YOU MUST HAVE .B.E / B.Tech. (Chemical/Petrochemical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/CS) with a minimum of 10-15 years of overall professional experience .Excellent and demonstrated business and finance acumen. .PMP certification is must and CSM certification will be plus. .Experience in managingcoordinating multiple orders within short time span. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision .Proficiency in project management and its tools & software eg. Microsoft Projects etc .Preferably proven handling key accounts with clear and demonstrable results .Good administrative, multitasking, self-driven and time management skills .Effective, honest, excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English, .Good at planning & forecasting & organized in multiple activities with proactive approach. .Strong problem solving & decision - making skills to address execution challenges effectively .Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and implementing lessons learnt for future orders. .Ability to work as part of a cohesive geographically and culturally diverse team. Middle east region preferred. .Preferably holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher. .Having HCI or equivalent products background will be added plus.
