This role requires a str ong IT customer support professional, skilled in End User Deskside technical support as per SLAs, SOPs, ticket categorization, troubleshooting resolution skills and along with excellent communication skills. Providing timely and accurate resolution of technical issues experienced by the Users with proven work experience as a Smarthands and IMACD changes along with Inventory Management using tools like . # Experience in the IT industry with specific focus on customer and End User facing Enterp rise EU Technical Support Role Description # Perform all IMACS#installs, moves, adds and changes activities including, repair, management and maintenance # Provide user device, server side and remote support including diagnostics and mission critica l support, for server and network infrastructure, support for LANs, Servers and Communications devices within SLAs # Excellent technical skills on Windows OS, Wifi VPN, LAN WAN, Printer, Anti-Virus, Common Software Support, Android IPad, Windows migr ation, imaging, GPO, SSO MFA, Audio Video, patches and Active directory technical support # Image upgrades updates along with Root cause analysis for desk side software and hardware support, including break and fix, install, moves, adds, and change s including warranty and non-warranty break-fix services # Handling Priority or Key customers on a regular basis and providing technical support and escalation management # First point of contact for problem resolution, Major incidents and support w ith Change management # Support onsite, remote, dispatch, Kiosk and inventory management support as per customer requirement # Create update SOP, KBA, documentation and perform analysis on shift-left candidates and top volume drivers.
