Location Offshore India - Hyderabad Chennai

Digital Workspace Operation team act as the L3 support and provides IT support for the entire organization and ensure that the environment is secure and stable.

Role Details Administration, and support of the O365 tenant and workplace related services and applications. This includes:

# O365 tenant administration, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for business, Security and Protection, Management of Azure AD, Intune, Mobile Device Management.

# Approximately 40000 mailboxes served by a Microsoft O365.

# Various roles of servers in the environment include Client Access Servers (CAS), Mailbox, Edge, Hub and Unified Messaging (UM).

# Proofpoint hosted Email security solution in place.

# SMTP service run on Lotus Domino servers.

# Archiving for Emails is performed by Capax Discovery System s Enterprise Archive Solution (EAS) product

# VMware WorkspaceOne is the MDM of choic e for the converged clinical devices, and Microsoft Intune is the MDM of choice for all issued mobile phones

# Provide overall Office 365 security expertise including strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Informat ion Rights Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and related technologies (including Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Security, SSPR).

# Windows Defender ATP.

# Experience on MS exchange hybrid environment.

# PowerShell scripti ng skills desired

# Experience on migration projects & PowerShell scripting.

# Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery and Compliance # Managing Enterprise Applications and SSO.

# Active Directory and Identity management On-premise AD.

# Power Automate, Power Apps would be good to have.

Good to have skills Experience

# Mobile device has applications that service as phones, clinical alerting, bar code med administration, point of care testing, inventory management, secure messaging, e.
