We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can help lead the effort to deliver a consumer-grade mobile experience for ServiceNow's products. Our users are the employees of the world's largest companies and our mission is to provide them a user experience at work that is comparable to the user experiences they are used to using at home.

You will be a member of the product team that is responsible for building the consumer-grade web, mobile and conversational experiences across ServiceNow's business units.

You will need to partner with the user research team to learn deeply about the employee persona at ServiceNow's customers and then champion the employee's needs to deliver experiences and functionality that employees at our customers want to use every day.

What you get to do in this role:

• Define the strategy and drive the roadmap for Now Mobile - ServiceNow's mobile application for our customers' employees
• Partner with PMs across ServiceNow business units (IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service delivery etc) to understand their products and mobile use cases
• Work with the UX design and research teams to design and validate awesome cross-interface mobile experiences.
• Craft content that evangelizes our vision for a consumer-grade employee experience - both for internal stake holders and customers.
• Contribute to the development of ServiceNow's vision for a unified (across business units) and omni-channel (web, mobile, conversational) employee experience

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who:

• Has 5+ years in product management with experience building consumer or employee facing user interfaces
• Experience with defining requirements and transforming them into a roadmap based on deep understanding of customer needs, product strategy and business goals
• Enjoys collaborating with other teams, leading by influence and by evangelizing a vision
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working in a fast paced and collaborative environment
• Has exceptional presentation skills and the ability to relate to various level of stakeholders.
• Has experience working in an agile product management environment; writing stories, grooming with developers, managing sprints etc
• Brings energy, curiosity, independence, humility and a sense of humor to the office every day.
